Katie Shaw, President Oregon Lottery
As OPPA’s President, my main duties include exercise general supervision over the affairs of the Chapter, preside over all meetings of the Chapter, am a member ex-officio of all committees, and Task Forces, and perform all duties incidental to the office of the President. I am responsible for setting the meeting agenda and chairing all Board Meetings and participate in discussion and decision making of Chapter issues. I also host the Fall and Spring Conferences and chapter workshops and serve as the representative to NIGP. Attend the annual NIGP Forum representing the to ensure Members needs are met.

tim hay, Vice President DAS State Procurement office
OPPA Vice President assists in preparation of upcoming, proposed budget. They serve on Chapter committees if needed and serve as an advisor to other committees. Vice President attends all board meeting and workshops. They accept special assignments from the President when called upon to do so. Vice President is responsible for coordinating and submitting annual “Chapter of the Year” application to NIGP. They perform the duties of President in the absence of the President.

linda lichty, Treasurer Oregon Secreatry of State
As Treasurer, I am responsible for maintaining a complete and accurate record of all Chapter receipts, expenditures, and reimbursements. Preparing a current financial report and distribute at each Board meeting. The reports shall consist of all expenditures and revenues as well as current fund balances. Preparing and sign all Chapter checks, or arrange to designate this duty to the President if Treasurer will be unavailable. Maintain responsibility for Chapter checking funds, keeping them balanced and in a secure place. Pay all Chapter invoices as neededand verify that payment is appropriate. Maintain the annual budget and alert Board when expenditures are inconsistent with budget goals. Reimburse Officers and Board members for expenses. Investigate banking issues for checking and savings account at the direction of the Board and filing the annual IRS tax return.

As Secretary, I maintain a written record of the proceeding of all meetings of the Board and of the Chapter. Attend Board meetings, take minutes of the proceedings (includes keeping record of all actions voted on by the Board), and maintain records for term of office. Distribute, at each Board Meeting, the minutes of the prior Board meeting. Participate in discussion of Chapter affairs and business, cast vote on issues when needed. Participate in committee assignments as volunteered for or delegated by President. Perform duties of Treasurer for special events as approved by the Board (i.e., Reverse VendorTrade Show).

Kim Dunston, Immediate past President Oregon Department of Revenue
General Duties for Immediate Past President is Budget / Audit Chair and also serves on the Elections Committeee. Also conducts other tasks as requested by the President.
