VENDOR/CONTRACTOR/CONSULTANT INFORMATION:
As a vendor, contractor or consultant, you gain entrance to an entire conference center filled with representatives from Oregon and Washington public agencies waiting to meet you and hear your story!
- Find out how to do business with each agency, and get valuable contact information.
- Sit down to lunch (free with bronze, silver or gold sponsorship) with decision makers from each state as you spend up to six hours with agency representatives “gaining and edge” over your competition!
Basic registration ($89*) entitles one member of your company entrance to the RVTS, a carry-bag to hold agency hand-outs, one copy of the 2010 OPPA/Columbia Chapter Membership Directory, and five hours of time to introduce yourself to all the public agency representatives at the show. A tasty buffet lunch can be purchased for an additional $20. Your access to the show will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 3 p.m. You may register as many company attendees as you wish for $89* each, or consider a sponsorship opportunity for extra value!

Bronze Sponsors receive a ¼ page black & white ad in the Membership Directory, 1 free entry trade show entry and lunch with agency members for $250.00
Silver Sponsors receive a ½ page black & white ad in the Membership Directory, 2 free trade show entries and lunch with agency members for $500.00
Gold Sponsorsreceive a Full Page color ad in the Membership Directory, 4 free trade show entries and lunch with agency members for $1,000.00
In addition, all registered Sponsors gain early access to the show at 9:00 a.m. Only Sponsors can attend this first hour of the RVTS. Once again, you gain an edge over the competition!

Place: Salem Conference Center, 200 Commercial St. S.E., Salem OR
Parking: There is limited free parking under the conference center, enter on Liberty street at the Phoenix Grand Hotel entrance. Additional free parking is located at the Marion Parkade, 400 Marion St., NE,(about 4 blocks north of the Conference Center) and the Chemeketa Parkade, at 300 Commercial St. S.E., approx. 3 blocks north of the Conference Center. Cost: Basic registration is $89 until 2/26. After 2/26 registration is $109, until 3/12. After 3/12, register at the door only, $129. Lunch is $20.
Bronze sponsorship is $250. Silver Sponsorship is $500. Gold Sponsorship is $1,000.
